The 42,224 m2 estate is based in Prainha. Prainha is a part of the old fishing village Aquiraz. The entry of the estate is directly on a new street, which leads to the beach in 800 m. On the other side of the estate is a big lake, followed by white dunes and the ocean.
The entire environment of Prainha is a small paradise. Just 5 minutes away is a huge water park. The “beachpark” in Praia das Dunas have the biggest and spectacular waterslide in South America.

20 houses built here with only 5 apartments per house. The apartment type A has 92m2 and the apartment type B has 184 m2. Intentionally we did not build house to house, but rather we left space for resting places. The whole project described a “luxury property”. European building quality and a piece of the Brazilian paradise are unified here. To each apartment belong two parking spots (one is canopied). Each apartment has an air condition (type Split).
